Need clarification?

Will you customize the CAD plansets to my unique offering?

We will design CAD to your specifications as far as equipment and install preferences go such as layout, interconnection method, and other best practices.

How accurate is SOLO?

We have a 95% success rate in our current areas for our customers! New AHJs are more difficult to get approved since there is sometimes requirements that we are unaware of. Once a city rejection letter is provided to us we can typically automate a fix in our template, or add it into our checklist.

How many states do you service?

We can do CAD plan sets for all 50 states.

Do you submit permits for me?

We are unable to submit permits, this would be done on the customers end. However, we have a permit application team who will do these for free.

What is your turnaround time?

We have a 24 hour SLA for CAD for standard jobs. If we have more adders, batteries, etc this can increase up to 48 – 72 hours depending on difficulty and scope of work.
